- We agree to provide services outlined in our agreements with you. Service specifics, including scope, timelines, and deliverables, will be detailed in individual contracts or service agreements.
- Services will be rendered in a professional and timely manner, but completion times may vary depending on the complexity and unforeseen circumstances.
Service Limitations
Scope of Services:
Richmond Geeks provides services as outlined in individual agreements. We are not responsible for addressing additional issues or malfunctions that arise outside of the agreed-upon scope of work.
Third-Party Services:
For certain services, Richmond Geeks may recommend or utilize third-party tools or services. We are not liable for any issues resulting from third-party software or hardware failures.
Additional Fees
Diagnosis Fees:
Diagnostic fees for certain devices will be applied toward the final repair cost, if applicable, in accordance with our Diagnostics Policy.
Pest or Contamination Fees:
If any contamination, including pests or bugs, is discovered inside a device, an additional $99.99 cleaning fee will be charged in addition to diagnostic or repair fees.
Device Handling and Storage
Unclaimed Devices:
Devices not collected within 30 days of notification of completion will incur storage fees. Devices unclaimed after 90 days may be considered abandoned. Richmond Geeks reserves the right to dispose of or recycle abandoned devices.
Risk of Loss or Damage:
While Richmond Geeks takes care in handling devices, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to devices left in our possession beyond the terms specified in your agreement.
Compliance with Local and Federal Laws
Regulatory Compliance:
You agree to ensure that your use of our services complies with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Richmond Geeks reserves the right to refuse services if compliance with regulations may be compromised.
Indemnification
Hold Harmless Agreement:
You agree to indemnify and hold Richmond Geeks, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of our services or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

- Payment is due based on the terms specified in your contract, typically upfront, in installments, or upon project completion.
- Late payments may incur interest or additional fees as outlined in the contract.
Refunds and Cancellations

- Cancellations must be made in writing, and cancellation fees may apply depending on how much work has already been completed.
Liability Limitation

- We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.
- You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for data loss during the repair or service process.
Warranty Disclaimer
- Our services come with a limited warranty, as described in individual agreements. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or the accuracy of the services provided.
- All hardware repairs and installations come with a warranty period specified in your agreement. Software-related services are not typically covered under warranty.
Intellectual Property
- Any software, documentation, or content created during the provision of our services remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- You are granted a non-exclusive license to use any proprietary tools, systems, or software provided by us as part of your service.
Privacy and Confidentiality
